Redux Media approached MCM-COM with the challenge of automating the creation of rate cards for various placements and ad units they serve. Together we built a web based application that allows sales members to log in and search for ad unit inventory on various networks using various criteria such as Channel, CPM, average impressions and more.
One of the primary objectives was to make it accessible from anywhere with the ability to export selected results to a standard format for distribution to potential customes. By utilizing the Microsoft Report Viewer control we were able to give them the options to export Rate Cards in either Excel or PDF format.
Additional custom reports and integrated membership and roles allow notifications regarding inventory status and changes to be sent out to members of the sales force. Publishers and admins can also add inventory and adjust current prices and levels.
